全自动滚筒刷头切断倒角机用于切割长毛刷管以设定尺寸并对毛刷滚轮进行倒角。油漆滚筒制刷机采用PLC控制，监控每一步工作并自动故障报警。滚刷机具有修头、切管、初梳、二梳、前倒角、后倒角、剪毛、收集飞毛等功能。机器功能设置可选择性开启和关闭功能：直头、初级精梳、二级精梳、倒角、修边。滚刷架刷机配备ø38mm管轴，加工长度规格4~11英寸可调，我们也可以根据客户要求定制规格轴。油漆滚筒刷头制造机可以为客户节省劳动力，减少生产周期时间，减少生产和使用场地。
注：本机可连接两台毛刷布绕线机和两台毛刷内辊、盖帽机组成一条全自动生产线。
